Paladin Data Systems is a full service software development and implementation firm.  Our goal is 100% client satisfaction and our approach comprehensive customer care. The Panoramic team consists of industry experts trained to assess your needs, provide the appropriate technology solution, and maintain the ongoing support necessary to ensure long-term success.  Each implementation is unique and crafted to meet the needs of individual agencies and organizations.

Below is a list of services available to Paladin clients:

Project Management – A Panoramic project manager is assigned as a single point of contact (SPOC) to plan, manage and execute the implementation project from initiation through completion.

Needs Assessment – A needs assessment is performed by training management and Panoramic product professionals to define and document the project scope and detailed requirements. The project plans are updated and reviewed with your team to ensure a common understanding of deliverables, timeframes and costs.

Configuration – Implementation specialists take the information defined during a needs assessment and configure Panoramic to meet your organizations business requirements.

Customization – Under the direction of our Panoramic architect, technical specialists perform the customization needed to meet your organizations business requirements. These may include a customized homepage, creating system interfaces or data imports, building custom features or creating data replication solutions.

Data Capture (if required) – Many clients request an automated solution to take information from their current data sources and load it into Panoramic. We can bring automation to the data capture process as well as offer creative solutions for populating the Panoramic database.

Security – Our implementation specialists work with your team to understand each stakeholder’s requirements. The requirements are used to establish security protocols for appropriate access of information by the user community.

Testing – Prior to making Panoramic available for business use the work performed through configuration, customization, data capture and defining security protocols undergo full system tests by our internal testing group. Once our internal test group certifies your system as ready we facilitate a User Acceptance Test (UAT) with your team so you can be confident Panoramic has been properly modified to meet your organization’s needs.

Training – User documentation and training materials are tailored to reflect your implementation of Panoramic and to meet the specific needs of your organization. Our training specialists develop training plans for all stakeholders and deliver the training according to the plan. Plans can include classroom training and open labs at your training facility or ours, webinars on specific topics, and facilitated open forums where the user community shares best practices.

Go-Live – When Panoramic is made available to the user community for business use (Go-Live), Paladin provides a greater level of support to ensure your organization gets up and running smoothly. This level of support may last up to 90 but typically much shorter.  Regular support is provided on an ongoing basis as a component of the  annual subscription.

Service Desk – Acts as a Single Point of Contact for your organizations service requests. The Service Desk accepts requests using a variety of methods (phone call, email, etc.), captures the requests in our ticketing system, either satisfies the request or escalates as appropriate and tracks the request to resolution keeping you informed of the progress along the way. The Service Desk will also inform the user community of any upcoming changes to Panoramic.

New Product Releases – A significant benefit of using Panoramic is that new features developed for one client become available to all clients. These features are grouped into product releases which are preceded by product announcements and followed up with updated documentation and training opportunities.

Application Maintenance – Panoramic can be accessed from any computer with internet connectivity using Internet Explorer 8 or 9. We provide ongoing application monitoring, care and maintenance to ensure Panoramic is available and optimized for peak performance.

Database Administration – The Panoramic database is monitored and optimized to ensure it is available and delivering peak performance.

Hosting Services – Paladin allows you to capitalize on the economies of scale and operational efficiencies inherent in our hosting services. We have the experience required to deliver a robust, secure and satisfying online experience.

Server Management Services – Our servers are continually monitored, upgraded and maintained to meet our customers demand. We have the capacity to manage your organization’s data regardless of its quantity or file size, while providing the protection and service needed for storage and maintenance. System hardware replacements and upgrades are automatic and transparent to users.

Network Management Services – We deliver a secure, consistent, high performance service that helps alleviate complexity and mitigates risk to your organization. We proactively monitor our networks availability and take corrective action when necessary. This service includes proactive threat detection, superior analysis, and prioritized response to reduce network security risks to operations, data , and regulatory compliance.

Service Continuity – In the event of disaster, Paladin maintains backups of all data stored for immediate recovery, eliminating the concern of lost or damaged information. Our service restoration involves the rapid recovery of agreed to services that result from an outage or significant degradation of performance, as well as the necessary permanent corrections made to prevent recurrence of the incident by the same source.

Data Replication Services – For organizations who desire to keep a synchronized copy of the Panoramic database on their premise or at another designated location. This service ensures the information is replicated on an agreed upon schedule. The service requires the data replication solution to be developed as part of the implementation process or as part of additional services.

Field Services – Provide onsite support for one or more customer locations. This type of support allows a Paladin representative to work directly with the user community in utilizing Panoramic. This type of service is highly flexible as Field Service personnel are able to train and assist the user community face-to-face.

Other Services – Our team has a strong desire to see your organization succeed  and meet your business objectives using Panoramic. We are open to finding new ways to provide you with services you need to be successful.
